The International Journal of Serious Games has just published its latest issue http://journal.seriousgamessociety.org, a special issue dedicated to selected papers from the GALA conf 2016, managed by the guest editors Rosa Maria Bottino and Johan Jeuring. We invite you to review the Table of Contents here and then visit the journal website to review articles and items of interest.
The DEX Innovation Centre (http://www.dex-ic.com/) prepares the project SoDiCE (Social Digital Class for the future Entrepreneurs) for the upcoming 3rd Interreg Central Europe call and is looking for partners with expertise in serious games development.
The general objective of SoDiCE project is to improve skills and entrepreneurial competencies for advancing economic and social innovation in central European regions. The project will deliver systematic changes in territorial curricula, by an inclusion of highly innovative Learning System to build a positive attitude towards social entrepreneurship.
Main innovation lays in development of new highly innovative learning system which will introduce a highly attractive combination of serious game, digital kits/tools for kids, social media engagement and element of interschool competitions. Other important innovation will be the delivery of systematic change by the introduction of this Learning System to territorial Curricula. Although SoDiCE is not the follow-up project, it addresses challenges/priorities of the following initiatives: Social Business Initiate, Rethinking Education, Entrepreneurship2020 Action Plan, Agenda for new skills and jobs and The Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition.

The Computer Games Journal is looking for papers for a Special Issue on Accessibility in Gaming.
The editors are looking for contributions from academics, industry professionals, students, and those with direct experience of inaccessibility, considering also consider papers concerning non-computing related gaming inaccessibility, which reflect the intersectional and interlinked nature of recreational interaction.
