In the context of the European Project “MITRROR, Reflective learning at work”, I-maginary (www.i-maginary.it), one of GALA associate partners, is developing a new 3D Serious Game for training rescue team volunteers, in particular those who wish to gain expertise in the management of the so-called “maxi-emergencies”, such as earthquakes, floods, etc.

The SG scenario will be a hospital immediately after a strong earthquake. Playing the role of a rescue team member, the trainee will have to salve patients and make sure that anyone is safe. During the game the user will have a virtual tutor at disposal, who will help him to carry out and complete all his tasks. At the end of the game session, the player will receive a feedback on his performance as a rescue team member, in oder to eventually improve his skills.
