Participation fees for Gala Conf 2019, Athens
Important information for authors: For each paper (oral or poster), payment of a Standard Fee is mandatory.
Standard Fee – 550 €
Includes access to the whole three-day conference programme, including the GALA dinner, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.
Reduced Fee – 450 €
Includes access to the whole three-day conference programme, including the GALA dinner, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.
Reserved to:
1- Bachelor, Master and PhD students.
2- Additional authors (beyond a first one, for whom a full fee is required)
TWO DAY AUDIENCE FEE – 300 €
Includes access to two days (to be specified by the buyer) of the conference programme, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society. GALA dinner is not included.
Reserved to:

GALA EVENT – 50 €
Includes access to the GALA dinner on Thursday November 28th, at 8.30pm, and a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society.
Demo or SG competition presenter, no conference participation – free
Accepted demonstrations and winners of the competition gain access to the exhibition for free. This includes a yearly subscription to the Serious Games Society. Note that participation to the conference requires a standard or reduced registration.
