In this game the player has to manage a team of workers in an office environment according to their different personal characteristics such as: personality, working capacity, workload, motivation, stress and satisfaction. Throughout the game the player has to assign the distribution of work and perform team planning. Furthermore, the player has to monitor the evolution of its employees and sanction or reward them accordingly. During the game and in order to perform well the player must learn about leadership theories.
