Researchers at Aalto University have been working for the past two years on the different dimensions of service co-development methods. The ATLAS project used an interdisciplinary approach for analyzing data from 13 research projects that have studied service co-development with different theoretical starting points and in different service contexts.
One of the output of the project took the form of a game, a project planning game that helps cross-diciplinary teams to understand and solve challenges related to service co-creation.
